STOTT Pilates® Fully Certified
Authorized Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner
B.F.A. in Dance from Florida State University
Michelle is a dancer turned rock climber who's journeyed through a myriad of injuries. Pilates became her sanctuary, aiding in her healing process by managing pain and restoring balance to her body. Certified through STOTT PILATES® and specializing in scoliosis as an Authorized Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner, she brings a unique blend of expertise to each session.
With a background steeped in dance and movement, she offers dynamic, full-bodied sessions infused with levity and laughter. Her passion lies in motivating individuals through appropriately challenging exercises, harnessing the mind-body connection to propel them towards their goals, be it rehabilitation or fitness. While working with people of all different ages and abilities, she encourages individuals to find wellness; improving strength, alignment, and awareness through movement education. She appreciates and embraces everyone’s differences in anatomy, personality, and learning style; therefore designing sessions tailored for the individual, allowing for optimal progression.
Her unique experience enables her to work with a broad range of populations, including those with injuries and special needs such as scoliosis, pre-and post-natal, osteoporosis, knee and hip replacements, spinal fusions, disk herniations, labral tears, arthritis, and chronic low back pain. Scoliosis holds a special place in her heart, and she is dedicated to empowering both adults and children through the Scolio-Pilates® method. By focusing on elongation, breath, and strength, we pave the path to a more active life with improved pain management, posture, and function.
With over 15 years of Pilates teaching experience and a commitment to continuing education, Michelle is thrilled to embark on this journey with you, whether it's for rehabilitation or a vigorous workout, she is excited to work with you!

Jessica was introduced to Pilates through aerial dance and has been ever grateful for its powerful effects on alignment, endurance, re-balancing and injury prevention. With nearly 20 years experience training Pilates and fitness, she has worked with clients ranging in age and abilities from post-rehab and pre/postnatal to competitive and professional-level athletes.
Also a certified Rolfer™, Jessica received her manual therapy education at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® where she expanded her ability to work more specifically with connective tissue, spinal biomechanics and more.
Jessica has a professional dance background, a BA in Dance, certifications in Yoga, Personal Training, and Pilates, and she has mentored for Polestar® Pilates comprehensive teacher-trainings. A lover of learning, she continues her education through workshops (Anatomy, Assessments, Scoliosis, Cadaver Labs, NeuroKinetic Therapy®, Springboard®, CoreAlign® I & II, OOV™, TRX®, Aerial apparatus) and is currently studying for a neurocentric fitness certification. With playful precision, she finds joy in sharing her love of movement with her clients while helping them reach their individual goals.
